By your participation in the Second Hand Saturday activities you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set out in the ‘Conditions of Registration’ and that North East Waste (as the event organisers), or your local Council (as the event participant), have no liability to any loss of or damage to goods or for injury to or death of persons whether arising from negligence or otherwise and in any way caused by or connected with Second Hand Saturday activities.
I understand that it is my responsibility to have provided the correct address details of where the garage sale will be held. North East Waste or your local Council takes no responsibility for any spelling errors, omissions made in relation to the location, the type of sale and what’s on offer.
I understand that my address will be listed online on the Second Hand Saturday website, on the Second Hand Saturday app and on local newspapers the week of the 30th October PROVIDED the registration was received by COB 25th October. After this date we are unable to make any changes and ask that if you choose to cancel a garage sale that you have a notice on your property indicating the garage sale was cancelled.
